Fabrics are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days, while made-to-order clothing can take 2–15 working days depending on the piece. International orders typically arrive within 2–15 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹2,500 — orders below that are charged a flat ₹150. We also ship internationally via DHL, Aramex, FedEx and UPS; international shipping rates vary by destination and order value and are shown at checkout, with full details in our Shipping Policy.

We're sorry if that happens. Please refuse the parcel at delivery if the packaging looks tampered with. If you discover damage or a mismatched item after opening it, write to us at support@blockprintsindia.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos (and a short video, if possible) — we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, and each order is eligible only once. Fabrics and sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, since they're cut and prepared specifically for your order. Approved refunds (other than for damaged or wrong items) are issued as BlockPrints E-Credit, a flat ₹150 processing fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds can take up to 20 working days once your item reaches our warehouse.

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet — just write to us with your order number and we'll help right away. If your order has already been dispatched, a flat ₹150 cancellation charge applies, and sale or discounted items can't be cancelled or refunded once placed.

Every length is hand block printed by artisan families in Rajasthan, so small variations in colour, print placement and texture are part of the craft, not a flaw — no two lengths are ever completely identical. For the best care, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, kept away from direct sunlight, to preserve the natural dyes and print.

Yes — for every bulk or export order, we send a pre-production sample for your approval before mass production begins, so you can confirm colour, print and quality ahead of the full run.

Every bulk and export order goes through a final inspection before dispatch — checking print quality, colour consistency, length and packing against your approved sample.

FOB (Free On Board) is our standard term for export and wholesale orders, with Express Delivery (air courier) also available for smaller or time-sensitive shipments. Other terms such as EXW or CIF can be arranged for larger orders — ask us on WhatsApp.

Export and wholesale orders are invoiced in USD. Domestic retail orders placed on the website remain in INR.
